Though the collectors name on this sheet does not look like D P Bevan, comparison with other sheets it is certainly the same locality, date and handwritting as other sheets with the collector name D P Bevan.

I've had another look and now think this collector's name is 'P J Baron'.

One of these days I'll be near a library where I can look up who graduated from Botany at Aberystwyth in the 1950s and 60s, then we will know for sure.
