N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

This sheet has three different specimens on it collected at different times by different collectors. I am not sure what to do.

You can record any additional specimens on a sheet by duplicating the documentation form. To do this, click the green cross at the top left of form, which will add forms for the extra specimens.

Tom.
