Welcome to H@H project.
For your first sheet, you seem to have got one with multiple specimens, which makes things a bit more difficult. Where there are two or more specimens on a sheet, you can document both or all by clicking on the small + sign in a tiny green box - just underneath the photo of the specimens. This will give you another 'form' - continuous with the first, which you can then use to add details of a second specimen.

Generally, you do not need to add the immediate provenance of the specimen (Birmingham etc) but list the various 'hands' that it may have passed through, including the Botanical Exchange Clubs - there is sometimes a stamp on the sheet for the Watson Exchange Club or the Botanical Exchange Club of the British Isles etc
