N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Specimen refers to "St. John's Beck. in Cambridge" Program location is "Cumberland." Which is correct?
Question for today..... I cannot figure out how to find "VC" reference number. Also, samples downloaded are inconsistence as to when to use this number. When to use?

St John's Backs, Cambridge. (The Backs are the backs of the Colleges, beside the river).

If the locality you type isn't in the database (or not in that format) you won't get a vc (Vice County - these are Watson's geographical areas of distribution) number, so you may have to do a little research (e.g. by googling the name to find a likely fit).
