Indeed, Wren's Nest, Dudley.

The sheet, unusually, has no 'ex herb' or 'presented by' label in the top left corner, but the handwriting is unmistakeably that of W H Painter & we can safely assume that he was the collector.

Don't forget to complete the fruits/flowers field.
