Under fruits/flowers you should record only the most mature stage.

You have missed the ex herb label in the top left corner.

The faint label says "from [i.e. comm.] H Ibbotson 58" (1814-1886, a Malton, Yorks, schoolmaster who sold dried plants). 58 (or 51?) is presumably 1858.
