small label is characteristic of herb Hayes / Bloxam; site appears to read 'Moreton'; likely to be Moreton Morrell whence they have a number of specimens

I'm sure you are right about Moreton Morrell - there are several from that month and 28/95 from Warwicks (most of the rest from Pembs!) Have taken the liberty of editing it in.
