N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

This appears to be an unknown collector as his name did not appear in the list, neither did W. Willis
does anybody know of him?

It just does not look like Braun [ton] but Brough [ton] to me.
My problem was the collector.
Very hot here to-day.

I agree; however, there does not appear to be such a place (Broughton Burrows) in North Devon. There are some 133 sheets for Braunton Burrows (in the database), so perhaps it was a mis -spelling or perhaps the place name was mis-heard.
