This is a problem that I have as well. The only place that I know in the UK still selling some herbariu equipment is Watkins and Doncaster:

Otherwise, the main supplier for many people is the Herbarium Supply Company in the States. They have an extensive catalogue, but I've been unhappy with their poor communication and several orders have been mislaid:

I would love to know of another source in the UK or Europe, so if anyone has a recommendation, please post their details and they will be guaranteed my business.
