Is not the place name Llandebie? aka Llandybie
The note is v difficult in parts
"But always without verticillate xxxx & branches / Common at XXX Hill, Llandebie, Carm 16.7.96"
then off the label Llandebie, Carm again.

Could it be 'But always without verticillate xxxx pan(iculate) branches. Common at ?Dinam Hill....'
