I wondered about this site. The label reads 'Barnes' (not Barnet) after which is written 'Middlesex (sic)'. HST also chooses to write "Rubbish heap" in quotes.

See sheet 277982. Here HST has corrected Surrey to Middlesex although Mortlake is very close to Barnes and also south of the River. Also a rubbish heap collection and another introduced alien crucifer. I wonder if it might not be the same rubbish heap?
Myself, if I were documenting it I would put Barnes, Middlesex, (certainly not Barnet), and put the rubbish heap, as you have, in the site details box
