Noticed several of documented specimens' records have included their accession numbers - though so far only recall seeing ones detailed Bolton Accession Num and can't find/get to appear the window shown on the documentation guidance... How does one get it to appear?
This specimen has what seems to be Hillhouses own reference number (87.9.1442): Is it worth recording this as an extra tag or attribute (assuming as a private collector it doesn't qualify as an accession numb)? If so, would the entry for the tag name be "Hillhouse's reference num" or if not what ???
