I couldn't read label - a place in Sussex? Something fruits? On the database he has no other collections of genus Geum, and no collections from 1890.

UPDATE: based on specimens logged since, Hillhouse collected in Norway at this time. Vorings-fossen is a waterfall just upstream from the Hardangelfjorden.
