Searching for collectors from the documentation form

A short-cut to deciphering hard-to-read placenames can be to search for other specimens collected around the same time (to find out where a collector was at the time).

To make this slightly quicker I've added direct links to search pages at the right-hand side of the documentation form (where collector suggestions appear). The new links show when the focus (cursor) is in the place-name field.
