I haven't managed to read the site. My first thought was Shirley (which it isn't) - but most of WH's collections are from Beds. It also doubtfully looks like 'Iverly' or something which would resemble some Beds place-names. The label/handwriting looks usual for his collections.

If the date was 1875, then you might persuade yourself that the scrawl reads Tring - there is another specimen for that date 18.8.1875
