agreed. What about the C pilulifera note though . It looks like a mixed gathering anyway.
Could this read Charmouth Mere? PBM did collect in Dorset, though a mere is not very likely there! Confused

The only possibility of mere at Charmouth would be coastal (cf Burton Mere, further E along the coast; now a reed bed, but with saline influences). Not the right place for C.limosa. That leaves us with the identity of this collection. I'll have a closed look at the photo, but may need to inspect the sheet.[/quote]
