notes:Withiel is in East Cornwall, SW96, and specimens were collected from there so this specimen though saying Devon on the sheet ought to be Withiel, Cornwall.

Yes, I think it is but this doesn't really help locate the specimen. There are many Clapper bridges in Cornwall. For a picture of a nice example see
