It quite possibly is a mistake made during upload of the specimen. I'll check whether the related sheets uploaded at the same time are also questionable.

In general, during upload names are assigned in batches according to the herbarium folder name (rather than per sheet) so it's possible that either an entire folder has the wrong name attached (a mistake introduced during upload of sheets to the website) or that this sheet has been misfiled in the herbarium.
