I read it the same; is c stolniferum a cultivar?, I have not found any record of it; I didn't think P pratense had stolons at least not to speak of.

I think the var c. is just Victorian splitting! Rolling Eyes
It does look quite densely tufted. - when does a tiller become a stolon?
