N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names. Log-in to edit this sheet.
User comments about this sheet - mikedaps wrote
- 1. Not sure if Specimen 2 is the French Roscoff but can't trace a similar GB place name.
2. The third one nr St Weonards, has eiither a collectors name Mr N???? or is Nr N??? both sem unlikely.
3. Bottom right Specimen:I can't make out the collectors(?) name R F ???ondrow ? or the signicant words in the penciled writing beneith it.
Any improvements to these 3 - or the others?

No. 3, think that the collector is R F Towndrow.
the scrawl might read
I fear that you will find a difficulty in finding the points (?) to the sepals, as most of them seem (to) wither & fall off
for No.2 it could read nr Northgate, which was a large house in St W, damaged by fire in 1978 - http://www.kenscott.com/genea/melbourne/northgate.htm
