Arthur Bennett ? Croydon builder /plumber who became an expert on Potamogetons writing looks like his - though slightly more condensed / tighter than on some labels. Some of his labels / writing here http://herbariaunited.org/wiki/Arthur_Bennett

Thanks Chris, yep, the scripts match pretty well and his P expertise would convince most courts as beyond reasonable doubt! Still not sure what I think he's written is what he meant! Mike d'A
