Wierd but - I looked for a long time & thought it looked like Roemeria field (not Radnor), the writing looks like Ley. I gathered Roemeria hybrida was formerly a cornfield weed in East Anglia. On looking for specimens I found 2 Ley specimens, from a Sellack garden, seed from Ledbury - http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/277473/

Thanks I agree it looks like Ley but the date if that is what it is conflicts think the better part is to leave most fields blank.
