N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Ambiguous locality, no records for the forth, one for the fifth from Knighton Radnorshire, which seems to far to travel. cannot locate Mosely Meer, could be Mosley/ Moseley Mere? VC 37/38?

These specimens were collected by Gertrude Ley, Augustin's stepmother.

Moseley Common is an area of marshland east of Kington, Herefordshire; see http://www.english-nature.org.uk/citation/citation_photo/1002361.pdf

In September 1878 Mrs Ley was in Killarney so Ballyduff is in vc H 1, South Kerry.

Based on Ley's other collections I think it's probably a reference to Kington, Herefordshire. I can't find a reference to Moseley Meer, but perhaps it's significant that Meer Farm and Moseley Farm are in close proximity near Kington.

David's suggestion is much more credible than mine,

Thanks to you both, I have "corrected" Leys spelling from Mosely to Moseley.
