N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Hi, Chris!

It's Capel Illtyd (a 6th C Welsh saint). But a search of old docs suggests it no longer exists under that name. There is a Bedd Illtyd (Illtyd's grave) which may be the place.
OS Grid reference SN978264
It is near Libanus which is mentioned in the old docs. it is also near Traeth Mawr see http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/281204/ which was collected on the same day.

That's a most useful link. It is the Capel Illtyd I was thinking of. The link also mentions Callwen further down the valley where Ley made a number of gatherings, especially of Hieracia.
