Label obscure! could be Fylingdale [North-east Yorkshire] and Father? W West was in N.E Yorks then but no record of Fylingdale.

Yes you are right, but I am sure this was not the sheet I tagged with this comment that one had a specimen stem over the place name, unless I am going mad!
