I think it just says Labiatae. Nearly all Hillhouse's collections that I've seen, are from Bedfordshire or nearby. Being a garden plant, may be a reason for no place-name.

The accepted name is S byzantina now. Have made the change.
I am not sure why you have put in a Hereford location???
