N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

NZ71 reference doesn't seem to link to place called Cleveland, which I'd tried initially

Mudd collected many plants in and around Ayton - http://herbariaunited.org/wiki/William_A_Mudd
and used the Quaker format for the date

Great Ayton was the 'home' of the Friends School - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Ayton_Friends%27_School.

I agree that specimen 2 is coll Mudd.

The label of specimen 1 is in Baker's script & reads "nr Bath Somerset". The plant is ex herb J G Baker but I cannot decipher the collector's name.
