I think 'common' is a better guess! The handwriting makes WH the collector; the WH specimens I have seen were collected almost entirely in Beds. However at the end of June 1875 he was at Ham Common, Surrey, H@H sheets show he then returned to Beds; after 10/7/75 he spent a week or so in Yorkshire, before returning to Beds. However I do not know any places in Beds called ...Common - but have taken liberty of editing sheet as I think Wales is erroneous.
