This wasn't an easy one to start with. Like the other sheet you flagged up there is more than one specimen here which I have input. Also need to enter the Herbarium (top left), in this case, Prof G S West (brother of Wm West Jnr, I believe)

Thanks I have read the sheets better, amazing how small details get missed by me, Oh well practice makes perfect Laughing
