N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

'Prof B' seems to be in Hilhouse's handwriting; the rest of the label is almost certainly in Prof C C Babington's.
http://herbariaunited.org/sheets/SHYB/171.jpg undated, from the same site, may also be in Hillhouse's writing, it names an illegible 'Doctor ...'; suggesting an academic outing?

Thanks again.
Some weeks ago while "hunting" some place I stumbled upon a report from an outing such as you describe most interesting it was.
