I noticed the year is 1876, and the collector is Dr Frazer, London Botanical Exchange Club. I found collections of this species by Dr Joannis Fraser from Co Mayo in April 1876 eg

but have not yet found one which properly names the site, though no doubt there are many other sheets of this collection to search. Although you have entered 'cultivated' I do not think this is correct.
