I can't find a record of a W S Buckley anywhere (Apart from one that was a member of a Manchester literary club living in Sale in 1912) - Of botanists a Richard Wilson Buckley died in 1875 and Thomas Buckley in 1872 - perhaps W S is a surviving wife or child...??? Any ideas.
