it doesn't help as no obvious candidates either but isn't it more like an 1841 than 1941 script and label? Can't tell either if the Warwicks or Herefordshire Wheelbarrow Castles as both seem to have lanes...

Thanks Mike, fortunately I have now found collector is Heath (of course) handwriting being the give-away, but no more clue to site details.
