Hi Mike,

Thanks very much for reporting this. Unfortunately there were two separate problems which meant that the handwriting wasn't being shown: the problem which Sarah discovered with undated collectors; and also a new issue where some cropped images weren't being stored properly (following the server problems a week ago - which caused a lot of problems).

I've redone the handwriting clips that were affected and also started to set up a less error prone way to detect deceased collectors (for whom handwriting specimens can be displayed).

At least for collectors with a known date of death, handwriting sampling is now working again (and the Herbert Goss handwriting is now displayed). Sorry for all the problems.
