E Buckland not recognised, but initial (on right) seems possibly to have been altered; whereas initials below are C B (or C 13); and though Cecil Buckland has no other specimens from Sussex, very similar handwriting appears on: http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/285409/ maybe E was a relative.
