N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I am not convinced this is Doward Hill, also I cannot find a Bainbridge in Herefordshire, there is a Mr R Bainbridge collector but there are no records against his name and he doe's not appear to be associated with Ley, there is a Bainbridge in North Yorkshire but Ley seems clearly states Hereford and has no records in Yorkshire that month.?

No, you are right. It is Dinedor Hill
OS Grid reference SO523363

I wonder if Bainbridge might have been a member of the Woolhope Club.
http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/254726/?image says he was in Stoke Lacey with the Club on 30/6/1887

Thanks to you both.
As it was obviously Ley's hand I have added both him and Bainbriidge as collectors.
