I am tentatively suggesting ex herb Mrs F S Bennett, due to the similarity of label & handwriting to her own collections, eg: http://herbariaunited.org/sheets/BON/140709_67.jpg however her own collections are from 30 - 40 years later, & not from Scotland; possible collectors therefore include Alexander Croall or John Hutton Balfour.
