This label appears to be one of Charles Ottley Groom-Napier (alias of 'Prince of Mantua and Montferrat') compare hand-writing with:
http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/295180/ , the smaller pencil label with scruffy writing on this (Anisantha) sheet appears therefore to be the key to numerous anonymous similar labels in herb Prince of Mantua and Montferrat, as his own collections. Any other thoughts?
