N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

S Edwards has made a respectable collection of grasses, particularly from Kent; but his/her specimens can only by an exhaustive process of going via 'collector' be accessed. On none of them is there any more clue to identity eg first name. Could plain 'S Edwards' not be put on the name-list accessed from the specimen-screen? Time can be wasted trying to find a match to the 2 names currently on offer: Miss Susan Edwards/Mrs Susan Gregory has no specimens; and those of Dr Sean Edwards have transcribed labels only. Doubtless the latter, or someone from Kent, could add more info if needed?
