N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Is the "73" the date 1873? And if so could this be Wm West?
He collected in Clapham Yorks much later but there is the sheet http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/284482/ from 1873 with a similar provenance which could be him. I am now inclined to think these are Yorks sheets, not Hillhouse from Beds. Hillhouse's sheets from 1873 seem not to have reached the West herbaria and his writing was quite good at that time!
