There is a place name on this sheet it may say Wimbledon Common, other then some washed out printing in the bottom R/H corner no other information

Yes it does say Wimbledon Common. I recognise the washed-out print as a stamp of 'Mantua and Montferrat, Prince of' (an alias!) and the pencil handwriting is his also

Thanks, I thought it did, and another sheet came up in the next set with a clear stamp "prince etc." but by then too late of course.
