left-hand label: looks like C H Buckland, esp his characteristic letter C, compare with: http://herbariaunited.org/collector/9771/ I have not found anything of his from Shropshire; though he did collect for Prince of M&M. R-h label, my theory is that these curly-tailed Ms are Prince of M&M's (admittedly not a very pronounced example), the handwriting is in his style.
