There is a handful of specimens on H@H from these 3 who sent collections to 'Prince of M&M'; none is on the 'menu' of collectors, though together their specimens are very worthwhile.
The signatures are clear & their handwritings are remarkably similar & ?typical of the early 19th C:
Edward Cunnington http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/281594/
A Cunnington http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/299080/
F W Buckland http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/282963/
Although A & E Cunnington could be related, A Cunnington's writing is so close to Buckland's (D of Devizes) that I suspected Buckland had written the label.
