Ley spent this day in Herefordshire and Monmouthshire, collecting two specimens from Pont Yspig Monmouthshire, as I can find no reference to a Pont-y-pig [Just the old welsh "translation"] in Herefordshire I have assumed he just made a mistake.

He has written (hurriedly) "Pont-y-spig", so you are both right. SO285210
