Yes.

C. vulgatum = the various (3) subspp of C. fontanum = 'Common Mouse-ear'.

Stace (3) has two subspp ± common throughout the BI and a Scottish endemic C. fontanum subsp scoticum, with a comment "Records from the W Sutherland coast refer to large-flowered ssp. vulgare"!
I would have thought for the purposes of H@H C fontanum is OK - do you agree?
