There's a Visp in Switzerland +46° 16' 0.00", +7° 52' 0.00.

What do you think this is? Is it Sagina saginoides or a Minuarta or somesuch?

Amazing - I can tell where you've been on holiday! Jordan also collected that year from nearby Sierre, so I have edited in. Shows a slight weakness of the search default being GB & Ireland.
