I think it must be J T Boswell-Syme, see http://herbariaunited.org/popupsiginfo.php?sigid=578 which is the JBS version of his signature but writing extremely similar, and he collected in Middlesex in the early 1850s. I recall the story is he had to adopt the longer version of his name as a condition of an inheritance.
