N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

there are a lot of people called J.Fraser are there examples of signatures that can separate them?

I've got quite a lot of handwriting samples still to upload, - which I should get on with and hopefully be able to disambiguate some of the Frasers.

Probably the best thing currently would be to just record the names as written (i.e. just 'J. Fraser') - unless there is more specific evidence about which is intended. With this sheet I suppose it might be possible to check back through Botanical Exchange Club reports to find where the clipping came from - and hope that that would indicate who the collector is.
