N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The site legibility is unfortunate, as it might help locate May Hill Heref as opposed to the Monmouth or the Glos May Hill

Purchas' Flora of Herefordshire makes reference to May Hill (two or three times) and the Lea in District 3 (as per sheet) - snippet below.
So perhaps ......?

Thanks! I had not realised May Hill Glos ends just in Heref. I've had no luck though identifying the site details.

Does it not say "E. base of May Hill"?
There is another May Hill at

You are right! It is literally on the border, and the track to it from the Boraston - Little London road is completely in Heref! This would put it in District 9 Leominster. Doesn't give a clearer clue to the illegible bit unfortunately. But the location of the other May Hill specimens while not too clear seems more definitely the Glos border, District 3.
