It definitely says Biddulph; I have just seen 2 other Rosa of his from there. The rest of his label says Rosa dumalis Bechst f verticill..antha **** Staffordshire. but the nearest I can make **** is Merat/Murat - (F V Merat 1780-1851 no evident connection with Rosa!?) - followed by a / !!?
